So I saw under my drafts that I had started working on a food review for a restaurant I went to when I explored a bit of Tobermory for the first time, and decided I should really finish and post this review just in case anyone was planning to visit in the summer time! It’s been a while since I last did a food review, but I hope you enjoy!

Taste

Simply put, it tasted great. My favourite entree that I tasted has to be the one above, the portobello mushroom wrap. I wanted something not too heavy and felt that this was a good option. I did not expect to get the combination of texture and multiple flavours in my mouth. That being said, I’ve tasted the other entrees the rest of my family was having and they also had flavour, but in my opinion none of the other dishes had a better combination of texture and flavour like the wrap.

Price

I’ll admit, I think the price was definitely on the higher side. For portion and quality it definitely does not disappoint. I also feel like it is priced this way because of what I mentioned above but also simply because it’s really near the park. Service

The server we had was one of the best we’ve ever had. He definitely get’s a 10 out 10 for customer service. Hopefully, all servers at this establishment are like that.

Venue

The venue and design of this restaurant had a presence of it’s own. I enjoyed the items displayed across the walls from photos to cool mementos. This lizard stood out to me, and was really interesting to see in person. The wooden benches and tables added to the overall layout and design of giving it an old school feel.

Would I go Again?

Absolutely! This restaurant was such a pleasant experience and I highly recommend it to other that will be in this area.

Recommendations

Obviously I would recommend more vegetarian options but to be honest, out of all the other food options near us, this was the only spot with the decent veggie options. Therefore, there is not much recommendation but to continue the great work in customer service and quality of food.
