Dinero (Feat. Cardi B & DJ Khaled) – Jennifer Lopez
This collab between J. Lo, Cardi B & DJ Khaled was teased last month on Khaled’s Instagram. Well, the track is finally released and like most of the iconic singer’s hits, it’s catchy and definitely getting you ready for the summer.
The song is based off the concept of chasing money, but has a strong dance element with the tempo and beat. The features also add the party and banger element as the fellow Bronx native, Cardi B, has been on fire recently and DJ Khaled has also enjoyed his fair share of pop bangers. Listen to the track below!
Dónde Estarás – J. Balvin
Speaking of people who are used to being on the charts, J. Balvin is no stranger. The Reggaeton artist is known for his club bangers and often being featured on billboard charts. It’s surreal, because I remember seeing him live before he ever blew up when he opened for Enrique & Pitbull.
Well the Latin artist decided to switch it up to deliver a more smooth and slow tempo record that you can still move to. This is a new record that is part of his upcoming album, Vibras. You can listen to the song below.
Bubblin – Anderson .Paak
This young artist is definitely a talent that doesn’t get talked about enough. Anderson has collaborated with many different artists and has a distinct vocals. More than that, he can actually spit and the music has a unique sound. His latest track reminds me of a James Bond theme, with the fast-tempo and sample. You can hear the song and check out the wild music video for the track below.
Welcome to The Party (feat. Zhavia Ward & Lil Pump) – Diplo & French Montana
This may not be a sleeper but sometimes songs from the soundtrack of a film either gets a lot of play or gets buried. With Deadpool 2 coming out this weekend, Zane Lowe premiered the lead single from the soundtrack headlined by Diplo & French Montana. In the first film we see DMX’s music playing, and this song shares the same tone. The record is definitely loud, high-energy and will get you amped… just like Mr. Wade Wilson himself.
You can check out the visual of Deadpool dancing to the song below, as you will expect him to.
Don’t Go Breaking My Heart – Backstreet Boys
Only right to transition from Deadpool to Backstreet Boys, am I right? Well in case you haven’t heard the legendary boy band is back with new music. Their latest album wasn’t too long ago because In a World Like This released in 2013. The band was doing a residency on a cruise ship but it is awesome to see them coming out with new music. Maybe it was because of this amazing scene (see below) from Brooklyn Nine Nine ?
The song is listed as another listen because at first I wasn’t really feeling it, but I gave it another listen and really enjoyed it. At first, I immediately thought of the NSYNC’s earlier songs “Tearin’ Up My Heart” , but this song doesn’t sound anything like that. With a heavy drum beat and synthesizer with features elements of 80s music but the band provides a modern twist with this single. Check the video out below and let me know what you think!
Stay tuned for new music and more! Let me know what you think!
